primary tools for Self-Monitoring: Self-Monitor
reporting – delivers reports come in the form of
emails that you receive periodically. These email reports provide various
information about the state and status of your device components and
processing. *These
are the reports we use to remotely manage and monitor our partners who
subscribe to our Full-service MSP offering. Self-monitoring (SM) is our initial level
of service. It consists of reports presented in emails. This level allows
users to monitor their own devices at a lessor cost. Please see Pricing for explanation of
costs. We offer the following tools to our SM
clients: 1
– Links to many resources that explain various aspects of your SM reports. 3
– Assistance in fixing any issues within our scope of business and resources. With MSP level service, these 3 items are
automatically included. These are the reports available to our
MSP level clients. SM clients begin with the “Client Reports”.
